First of the Season: Little Glove Lost

"The way to love anything is to realize that it may be lost." Gilbert K. Chesterton

Being bright red, it was easy to spot this little glove sitting abandoned among the leaves. This is the first lost glove spotted on my walks this season.

It looked new, so I moved it to a more visible location on a nearby fence hoping it might be reunited with its mate.
