Today, this building is assessed as a residential and commercial property. This was originally a single family home. By 1918, it was a lodging house. In 1921, it became a three family tenement. It has a 2002 certificate of occupany for six apartments and a nail salon.
The commercial space has had recorded use as a tayor shop, laundry, dentist office, and lawyer's office.
