This bicycle was first spotted in late November chained to a park fence right in back of a sign that says "No Bikes Allowed." It was ironic enough for Penny to take a photo of it.
By December 12th, it had moved out past the fence and someone had added a warning cone…
and a ticket to the scene.
Yesterday, all that was left was the rear tire and the lock.
EDIT: Sometime today or tomorrow even this may disappear under a drift of snow!
By the way, if anyone is keeping track, these are two more signs to add to the "Menino Removal List." The back-to-back pair of signs is at Dartmouth Street and the Commonwealth Avenue Mall.
