Erin, one of the two figures on the Patrick Andrew Collins Memorial, represents Ireland. In the Smithsonian's Inventory of Outdoor Sculpture, she is described as, "…wearing a crown of shamrocks. She holds a harp under her proper left arm and a bunch of laurel in her proper left hand."
