Too funny, Reminds me of my last condo hunting experience — excruciating. Had one realtor, with a straight face, show me the “balcony” which was a fire escape upon which he’d put a mini- adirondack chair. It was INCHES wide and INCHES from where the end of the bed was in the bed-filled room (meaning the bed was literally filling the room, and it was only a full size bed). I noted that the mini chair was like a safety feature because any burglar or rapist coming up the fire escape would surely trip over it before falling on top of me in my sleep.
and even though I’d specifically requested they not waste their time with any place that could not accommodate my dining table, this had no dining room, or even an alcove or a nook for dining.
No storage and when I asked where the bike, skis and vacuum would go, seeing as there was no storage and not even a closet (!) they said “under the bed?”
I thanked them for thinking I looked young enough to be a college student…and moved on.
