One of the highlights of our daily walks has been watching the slow, beautiful bloom of this tangerine tinted rose during the past two weeks.
On December 1st, it was a beautiful bud and we hoped it would survive any upcoming cold snaps.
On December 6th, it had just begun to open.
By December 10th, we were celebrating every time we walked by this beauty.
And, we are happy to report that while it is fading in color, it is still a thing of beauty.
Last month, we were philosophical when we posted another piece about roses: "Whatever Winter May Bring, We Did Have Roses in November." Having an additional month of roses is an unexpected bonus. But, we'll enjoy every day of blooms that Mother Nature sends our way.
