July is a time for celebration around our house and we always look for a bottle of bubbles to match the festive mood.<\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019re toasting this special month with a sparkling Australian Ros\u00e9 known as Taltarni Tach\u00e9 (French for \u201cstained\u201d). In this case, it\u2019s the stain of red wine added at disgorgement which results in a unique taste and an impressive salmon color.  <\/span><\/p>\n

Taltarni Tach\u00e9 2011<\/a> is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The winemaker credits the extraordinary growing season for \u201ccreating complex and distinct varietal characters along with succulent natural acidity.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n
