On a recent visit to Provincetown, we spied a bottle of Cr\u00e9mant Brut Ros\u00e9 and wondered if it just might have the poise and finesse to help us enjoy keeping "Our Sparkling Resolution."<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

I wouldn\u2019t say, \u201cwe\u2019ve never met a cr\u00e9mant we didn\u2019t like,\u201d but almost! It\u2019s a nice value bottle of bubbles that\u2019s often just as satisfying, and perhaps not as intimidating, as Champagne. <\/span><\/p>\n

Paul Chollet Cr\u00e9mant De Bourgogne Brut Ros\u00e9<\/a> is described by its winemaker as having fine bubbles with a creamy and persistent mousse. The delicacy of the Ros\u00e9 can be seen in \u201cthe very beautiful robe of a shiny and delicate pink\u201d \u2013 sounds like poise to me.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"CHE_3053\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The characteristics of the Pinot Noir are \u201cmarked by notes of red fruits, raspberry and ripe[ness].\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The cuv\u00e9e of Pinot Noir, \u201cgives us the balance, the generosity and the power of the Pinot Noir Bourguignons\u201d \u2013 anyone for finesse?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis ideal aperitif wine is very popular with a chocolate or fruit dessert or a tatin tart.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
