Pardee School of Global Studies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It is on the&#0160;Boston University campus in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boston.gov\/historic-district\/bay-state-roadback-bay-west-area-architectural-conservation-district\">Bay State Road\/Back Bay West Area Architectural Conservation District<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/collections.si.edu\/search\/results.htm?view=&amp;dsort=&amp;date.slider=&amp;fq=object_type%3A%22Outdoor+sculpture%22&amp;fq=data_source%3A%22Art+Inventories+Catalog%2C+Smithsonian+American+Art+Museum%22&amp;q=provincetown+wheel+boston\">Smithsonian&#39;s data base of outdoor sculpture<\/a> describes it as,<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>&quot;The <span class=\"highlight\">sculpture<\/span>, which represents the ideas of motion and transportation, is composed of three pairs of wagon wheels connected by a central horizontal element. Each pair of wheels has a hub and an axle which connects the two. The diameter of each wheel is 3 1\/2 ft.
