Meet the Leonberger<\/a>, a large working dog that originated in Germany.<\/p>\n

One of the great things about living in the city is the opportunity to meet so many different breeds of dogs and all the mixes of those breeds. We should keep a life-list of breeds like bird watchers keep a life-list of the birds they have spotted in the wild. <\/p>\n

This person had his hands full with two adults and one puppy. That's a lot of dog but they were all being polite to other dogs and the people they attracted. When the time came to leave the park, the puppy wanted to stay. Fortunately, he was still small enough to be scooped up and carried away \u2013 small enough for about another week that is!<\/p>\n
