Miss Maude the French Bulldog is a recent additon to our neighborhood and we love watching her grow up and learn new things.
One of the first things she mastered was the totally adoring look she saves for her family.
When we first met Maude, she was quite happy to show us that even at this young age she had mastered licking her nose and dancing at the same time. (Smart girl!)
And, that was at a time when she was still busy growing into her ears! (By the way, these ears are among the softest I've ever found.)
Then, there's her, "I'm getting carried and you have to walk" face. (Don't ever get into a staring contest with this Frenchie. She'll win!)
Here's her perfect "Show Girl" pose. Doesn't it show off her trim and adorable figure? Look at that tiny waist!
Sometimes, she finds our cameras a bit offputting and doesn't mind letting us know she's had enough posing. One of the best things about living in the city is getting to know so many wonderful dogs like Miss Maude.
Lawdy Miss Maudie, you are just too cute! Sorry, but you'll have to get used to the paparazzi and all the people who can't resist your charms.
